NO PLASTIC WATER BOTTLE SALES or GIVE AWAYS, PLEASE - There are water bottle filling stations available in the 1stBank Center.

ELECTRICITY
Inside and outside electricity is an upgrade option in the Exhibitor Application. Electricity is available in selected areas, and is limited, and on a first come, first serve basis. In the space provided on the application, please give a detailed description of everything you are planning to use during the event that requires electricity. Please note that every exhibitor (inside and outside) is required to bring their own 100’ extension cord, and is responsible for covering all cables and wires in and around the immediate vicinity of the booth. Please note: We will not be able to accommodate late requests for electricity.  

ICE
Ice will be available for sale during the event, while supplies last. Contact Event Staff.


DELIVERIES TO 1stBank Center, 11450 Broomfield Ln, Broomfield, CO 80021
Forklifts are available if prior arrangements are made. The Loading Dock will accommodate up to and including Semi Trucks / trailers. Smaller trucks that cannot backup and align to the dock will need a liftgate. There is a pallet Jack available to move pallets, once off loaded. Delivery hours are  Friday, 9 AM - Noon, July 26, 2019. Volunteers can sign for shipments but will not be responsible for contents damaged or missing. VFC will not pay any freight / delivery costs. 

EXHIBITOR CHECK IN/LOAD IN

  • Check-in / Load in will take place on Friday, July 26, 2019, starting at Noon and closing at 7PM. Load In will Take place at the WEST Entrance (marked WEST ENTRANCE above the doors) of the 1stBank Center, unless your stuff is too big, at which time you will be directed to the Loading Dock. 
  • The Loading Dock is on the South side of the 1stBank Center on Parkland Street, and can accommodate up to and including Semi Trucks / trailers.
  • All INSIDE Exhibitors MUST check-in at the West Entrance. You will also sign for whatever options that was paid for in your application, and 4 Admission wristbands. (unless you ordered more) No wristbands will be required for entry on Friday, but WILL be required for Saturday and Sunday. 
  • Once checked in, you will be escorted to/shown your booth space.
  • Quickly unload your vehicle & move stuff to your Booth Location.
  • IMMEDIATELY after unloading, relocate your vehicle so that other exhibitors can offload. You can park in the North Parking Lot on Friday.



EXHIBITOR "SATURDAY" CHECK IN/LOAD IN

  • Check-in / Load In for Saturday, July 27, 2019, 8AM-9:30AM will be at the WEST Entrance (marked WEST ENTRANCE above the doors) of the 1stBank Center.
  • The Loading Dock is not open Saturday PERIOD.
  • If you selected this on your application, you are expected to setup in 90 minutes or less, and be open for business by 10AM.
  • IMMEDIATELY after unloading your vehicle, you will be required to relocate your vehicle away from the West entrance so that other exhibitors can offload.
  • Exhibitors must be open and ready for business by 10AM Saturday & Sunday.

FOOD TRUCKS / TRAILERS

  • SETUP FRIDAY, July 26, 2019, 12PM - 7PM
  •  SETUP SATURDAY, July 27, 2019, 8AM - 9:30AM.
  • You will be greeted by a Parking Lot manager, and escorted to your assigned area.
  • Must be open for business by 10AM July 27 & 28, 2019.
