IN THE SPIRIT OF VEGFEST COLORADO:We respectfully require that all your ingredients, items displayed, items sold and sampled, advertisements, not be, contain, reference the use of, or test on, animals. This includes but is not limited to the following items and or ingredients, flesh, dairy, eggs, honey, beeswax, gelatin, coral, silk, skin products (such as cow/leather, snake, alligator, wool, feathers, fur, etc). Man-made substitutions are welcome. If you have any products or ingredients you are unsure of please send an email with your inquiry to info@VegFestColorado.org, Subject: Product Ingredients
SPACE NOT OCCUPIED BY THE OPENING OF THE EVENT WILL BE CONSIDERED A NO SHOW, AND DEEMED FORFEITED, AND WILL BE REUSED BY VFC WITHOUT ANY OBLIGATION OR REFUND WHATSOEVER.
Included in the “Outside” booth package is a total of 4 admission wristbands, and one 10x10 space or the required space needed for a Food Truck/Trailer.
Exhibitor will be assigned the space that is payed for.
If more space is required then the additional space needs to be purchased.
NO BOOTH OVERFLOW PLEASE!
Advertising Information/Display can be anywhere in your assigned area. It cannot impede the aisle or interfere with your neighbor, and cannot have offensive pictures, graphics or words as determined by VFC event organizers.
Outside Exhibitors must provide their own tables, chairs, booths, canopies, weights, etc., No Staking.
Personal generators require prior approval and must meet safety and noise guidelines.
Only sturdy, visually pleasing canopies permitted (no plastic tarps).
Also included is a total of 4 admission wristbands for this event.
Spaces are pre-assigned and will be posted on VegFestColorado.org the first week of July 2017.
Tables must be covered/skirted on front and sides.
OUTSIDE EXHIBITORS CAN UNLOAD
Anywhere in the parking lot.
PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE ON THE GRASS OR SIDEWALKS!!!
All deliveries/setup activities will take place July 21, 2017, 2-8PM and July 22, 2017, 7-10 AM.
PLEASE BE “OPEN FOR BUSINESS” BY 10AM, JULY 22, 2017.
MUST check-in at the Main Stage inside the Exhibit hall.
This is where you will:
1. Sign in.
2. Sign for wristbands.
3. Table Cloths are available if you need one.
4. The space/booth/additional options that you requested and paid for will be verified.
5. It takes considerable time and planning to supply electricity to the exhibitors who have requested electricity.
To prevent electrical circuits from an overload, electrical items not documented in your Vendor Application cannot be plugged in.
6. Once you are checked in, a volunteer will assist you in unloading and show you where your booth location is.
WIRELESS CONNECTIVITY (inside the event hall)
On-site wireless is available however VFC cannot guarantee how robust this connectivity is. The SSID/Password for the wireless connection will be provided at sign in.
The Event Hall will be vacated no later than 7:30PM on Saturday, July 22, 2017. The Jefferson County Fairgrounds will be locked down at 10PM, Saturday July 22, 2017.
Fairgrounds and Event Hall will open at 7AM Sunday, July 23, 2017 for exhibitors only.
Day 2 VegFest Colorado event starts at 10AM.
Teardown starts at 5 PM, July 23, 2017. Exhibitors must be vacated by 8PM. Exhibitor responsibility is to remove EVERYTHING that was brought in.
SALES TAX INFO
Exhibitors are responsible to be in compliance with the regulations of their State concerning their product(s) and to have this information available if needed. As business owners, it is your responsibility to collect and submit the appropriate sales taxes to state and federal agencies. PLEASE do not contact us with your tax questions.
