Food sales primarily for consumption on site​.
Prepackaged Foods or Specialty Drinks: $260 Prepackaged food sales. Juices, Smoothies, Powders, Health Drinks, etc. No cooking of food unless giving samples.
Non-Food Exhibitor (Sales): $260 Jewelry, Clothing, Shoes, Books, Face & Body Products, Oils, Massage Therapy, Personal Training, Mind, Body & Soul, etc. 
No Sales or suggested donations Exhibitor: $210 Sampling Only of Food, and or Drink. Product giveaways, Product promoting, Membership Drive, Services, etc.
Non-Profit 501(c)(3): $180 (Annual finances less than $250,000) Non-Profit organizations MUST submit a copy of their IRS letter of determination.

IN THE SPIRIT OF VEGFEST COLORADO: 
We respectfully require that all your ingredients, items displayed, items sold and sampled, advertisements, not be, contain, reference the use of, or test on, animals. This includes but is not limited to the following items and or ingredients, flesh, dairy, eggs, honey, beeswax, gelatin, coral, silk, skin products (such as cow/leather, snake, alligator, wool, feathers, fur, etc). Manmade substitutions are welcome. If you have any products or ingredients you are unsure of please send an email with your inquiry to info@VegFestColorado.org, Subject: Product Ingredients

BOOTH / SPACE RESERVATION:
Exhibitor application shall not become binding between exhibitor and VFC until:
1. Exhibitor fills out and submits the application
2. Fees have been paid to VFC
3. Application is vetted, and approved by VFC event organizer
4. Notification of acceptance or denial will be  by mail or email within 7 business days of  the application submit date.
    If denied, you will be fully refunded.


LIKE BUSINESSES:
VFC will make some effort NOT to have multiple same product exhibitors participating at this event. VFC reserves the right to limit OR accept the number of exhibitors providing similar type products or services.​ It is the exhibitor's responsibility to inquire about this.

FOOD VENDORS: (form and address to be posted soon)
Broomfield County Public Health Form XXXX must be filled out and Approved for your "food Service" to operate at Events in Broomfield  County no later than July 6, 2018. If you are a "Pre-Packaged food" exhibitor, and your product does NOT need to keep hot or cold then you do not need a license.    

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY (other than weather):
If exhibitor notifies VFC of their cancellation before Midnight on June 15, 2018, a refund (less $25) will be made. If notice of cancellation is given AFTER June 15, 2018,
NO REFUND will be given.

VEGFEST COLORADO EVENT PROGRAM:
Cutoff date to be listed in the VFC Event Program is Midnight, May 31, 2018.
 
BOOTH INFORMATION:
Exhibitor will be assigned the space that was payed for.
If more space is required then the additional space needs to be purchased.
NO BOOTH OVERFLOW PLEASE!
Exhibitor must provide their own tables, chairs, booths, canopies, weights, etc.
Advertising Information/Display can be anywhere on or attached to the front of your booth, cannot impede the aisle or interfere with your neighbor, cannot have offensive pictures, graphics or words as determined by VFC event organizers.
Included in booth fee is a total of 4 admission wristbands for this event.
​Spaces are pre-assigned and will be posted on VegFestColorado.org the first week of July 2018.
Tables must be covered/skirted on front and sides.

OUTSIDE FOOD TRUCK / TRAILER INFORMATION:
Included in the “Outside” booth fee is the required space needed for your Food Truck/Trailer.
Exhibitor will be assigned the space that was payed for.
If more space is required then the additional space needs to be purchased.

SETUP/CHECK IN:
All exhibitors MUST check-in at the Loading Dock, South side of the 1stBank Center on Parkland Street on July 27, 2018, 11AM - 8PM or July 28, 2018, 7:30 - 10AM.
Please be open for business by 10AM July 28, 2018
This is where you will:
1. Sign in.
2. Sign for your 4 complimentary admission wristbands.
3. Sign for your additional admission wristbands (if applicable).
4. Buy a table Cloth if needed.
5. Your prior paid arrangements for additional options, i.e. upgraded to a larger space, electricity, etc., will be verified.
6. Once you are checked in, our "White Glove" service will assist you with relocating your "stuff"  to your booth location, and you can setup
    
AFTER  you move your vehicle out of the Loading Dock area.
7.  ABSOLUTELY nothing can be affixed to the facility walls, doors or windows without prior approval.


All deliveries/setup activities will take place July 27, 2018, Noon - 7PM, and July 28, 2018, 7:30-10:00AM.

WIRELESS CONNECTIVITY:
On-site wireless network connectivity is available however VFC cannot guarantee how robust this connection is. The login credentials will be shared when you sign in.

AFTER HOURS BOOTH SECURITY:
The 1stBank Center will be vacated no later than 8:30PM on Friday & Saturday.
1stBank Center will open at 7:30AM Sunday for exhibitors only, 10AM general public.


TEAR DOWN:
Tear down starts at 5 PM Sunday.
Exhibitor responsibility is to remove EVERYTHING that was brought in.
Exhibitor area cleanliness will be as you received it.

WEATHER CONCERNS: 
Should any contingency interrupt or prevent the holding of the event, including weather, VFC shall in no way be liable to the Exhibitor. Fees/payments to VFC cannot be refunded, as they are distributed prior to the event for liability insurance, facility/operating costs, supplies, marketing/promotion, and other event related expenses.

​SALES TAX INFO: 
PLEASE do not contact VegFest Colorado with your tax questions.
Exhibitors are responsible to be in compliance with the regulations of their State concerning their product(s) and to have this information available if needed. As business owners, it is your responsibility to collect and submit the appropriate sales taxes to state and federal agencies. For Colorado tax information, go to colorado.gov/revenue.
